PRICING

Experience has shown most clients will shop around only with price in mind, wanting the lowest bidding security company and expect great results, excellent service along with dependability and quality guards. The security industry is one of the few things that price does matter and you will get what you pay for. Contractors that undercut and give rock bottom prices will always give rock bottom service with false promises. Many callers always say they had a bad experience with the prior company or last several companies; the common thread in continual bad service we found is that they keep looking for the lowest bidding contractor. One main thing to keep in mind while going from company to company is that if the competition is able to make major price cuts, they are making up for it somewhere and it will be;

  • Their poor service
  • No or minimal supervision
  • Lack of training for the guards
  • Low or no insurance
  • Lack of customer service
  • No 100% drug testing (certainly not done quarterly)
  • Lack of any accountability/tracking devises on their guards or vehicles.

If you’re paying good money, which one or more of those are you willing to sacrifice as a paying client going for the under cutters? In the security industry you just cannot settle for low standards or no standards, as it defeats the purpose of hiring a security service in the first place. No security officer will value his/her job and your property nor pursue additional training and strive for professionalism when he or she is being paid $7.00-$8.00 per hour no type of benefits, and no proper overtime pay. That is the pay rate they will have when you hire a $12.00-$15.00 per hour or so security service, as they factor in operating costs, insurance and pay roll taxes. Often those guards, leave post, sleep on duty, provide poor service, have poor communication skills, quit without notice, and have an overall lack of a professionalism which is everything you do not want.

We charge a very competitive rate while also keeping in mind that our product is to sell a dependable, trustworthy, and professional security service. This requires us to recruit and retain the best in the business, as we also want to insure we have the newest technology available and quality equipment for our employees to include a training budget to maintain their proficiency for our client base. We do provide price breaks for higher amounts of guard hours contracted and/or the number of guards assigned. Any long term contract will also receive price breaks as well. We proved free assessments/evaluations of your property and can provide bids on request both written and oral.
